We are a CNC metal processing factory in China, do aluminium processing, including aluminium frame processing, solar frame, aluminium windows and doors processing and so on, with CNC machining equipment in high precision and fast working speed. We have our own machining engineer team, do processing on aluminium products with excellent processing art, also we have our own CNC machinery factory, more than 10 pieces CNC metal processing machinery, to confirm our CNC metal processing machinery is the best equipment for the machining on the aluminium products.

Aluminium, aluminium alloy, Stainless steel, Steel, Copper, PVC and other metals.






2. Our machining ability

We own 10 pieces large CNC machining centers, also have CNC milling and drilling machine, Sawing machine and other CNC machines, have full of producing ability to make sure the order delivery time is in control.






3. Quality control

100% inspection on critical dimensions for the products. Do inspection as the client request.




4. Production output

15000 pieces/ month.




5. Surface treatment

Anodizing, finish polishing, Chrome plating, Oxidation, power coating.




6. Lead time for the Sample: 1-3 days.




7. Delivery time for Orders

In general, we finish orders producing in 25 days, detailed time is according to the orders.

The cartons for outer packing, the inner packaging according to customer's requirements. Or doing package is according to customer’s need.

1. Q: Where is your factory?

A:Our factory stays in No.27 Yanfeng Road, Yanqiao, Huishan Area of Wuxi, Jiangsu, which is near shanghai Airport and Wuxi Airport, has very convenient transport. 

2. Q:If I will need to stay in your place for few days, can u book the hotel for me?

A: Of course, we are very pleasure to do that for you. Do kindly keep us to know what hotel u like. 

3. Q: If we want to check the sample, can you send us samples firstly?

A:Yes, sample can be sent to u. We will do machining according to your drawing and requests.

4. Q: What is area of your machining site?

A: It is about 12000 square meter of our factory, and we have more than 10 machining lines, to make sure our processing capacity is enough for you. 

5. Q: How about your delivery time?

A: It’s about 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The order delivery time will depends on the quantity of your products.

6. Q: How about your payment?

A: Generally to say, T/T is the most welcome, and L/C at sight is also OK, or other ways after we discussed.
